  • This instructor led training uses a case study approach based on a typical cost sharing case agreement to explain and manage the requirements of cost sharing and shared facility agreements. Depending on the participants, role playing may be used to explore the perspectives of the grantor and grantee of easements to fairly and completely identify easements, identify defined “facilities” and anticipated defined “costs” and explore tools for measuring or estimating sharable costs. 

    Participants will receive an e book containing the training resources and tools used.
